Delivery, returns and the small print.

Delivery

• Delivered across India, at a standard charge of ₹250 per order.
• Single hampers dispatch within three working days.
• Orders above twenty-five hampers dispatch within seven to ten working days of artwork approval.
• Bulk orders are quoted with their delivery, including where more than one destination is involved.
• Allow four to eight weeks for a full order, at the longer end during peak season between October and February.

Returns and damage

• All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can assist.
• Because hampers contain food, we cannot accept returns of opened boxes for reasons of hygiene.
• Personalised items — foiled lids, printed ribbon, printed cards — cannot be returned once produced.
• Errors that are ours are ours. If we pack the wrong thing, we fix it without argument.

Payment

• Orders are confirmed over WhatsApp or email, and paid by secure payment link or bank transfer.
• Bulk orders above twenty-five hampers are invoiced at fifty per cent in advance, balance before dispatch.
• A GST invoice is issued on every order, on the day we dispatch.

Contents and substitutions

Our hampers contain small-batch products, and occasionally a specific item is unavailable. Where that happens we substitute something of equal or greater value and tell you before we dispatch. We will never substitute without saying so.

Where a product is made in more than one flavour or variant, the selection is made at our discretion unless a specific one has been agreed in writing.

Alcohol cannot be shipped between most Indian states.

Privacy

• We collect only what we need to fulfil an order — name, contact details and delivery addresses.
• Recipient lists supplied for bulk orders are used for that order and then deleted.
• We do not sell, rent or share your data, or your recipients' data, with anyone.
• To have your details removed from our records, write to us and we will confirm within seven days.

Terms

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout and shown on the invoice.
• Bulk and repeat orders are quoted on enquiry rather than from a published table.
• Quoted prices hold for thirty days from the date of quotation.
• Photography on this site is representative. Packaging and dried floral detail vary slightly between batches.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
